- Log support requests on behalf of users
- Categorize and prioritize the support requests based on evaluation
- Resolve the support request in 8/5, 16/5, 24/7 fashion or based on agreed upon SLA
- Provide regular and periodic reports to customer organization on the support performance and statistics
- Perform planned and unplanned maintenance activities regularly and present reporting to customer
